We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item in accordance with the policy below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Please note:

  • Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund if the return meets the conditions above.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

In these cases, we will cover the return postage costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
